Sarah Lewis has been obsessed with jewelry since she was a small child. Born and raised in upstate New York, her artistic journey began with glasswork. Sarah's passion for working with metals and stones ignited while living in Arizona for a few years, before returning to the east coast to pursue her BFA in metals and jewelry from the Savannah College of Art and Design. In 2008 she began work as an accessories designer for other retail chains, before turning her focus to Adorn. Now residing in Philadelphia, Sarah launched Adorn Jewelry to rave reviews in 2010.  

Sarah’s inspiration and personal style come from her love affair with the crystals, stones, and metals she uses, and her journeys that lead to their discovery. Always on the hunt for new materials and design concepts during her travels, Sarah feels that her studio holds endless possibilities in combining these materials into fashionable and wearable works of art. A true Gypset, Sarah also travels the world to seek inspiration. Design concepts often come from her own interpretation of motifs found in adornments and traditional garb of places and cultures that inspire her.  

Today, Sarah splits her time between ADORN JEWELRY and her boutique showroom in Philadelphia. The collection is unique, diverse and ever growing.  Sarah’s dedication to creating well-made pieces of superior quality has helped set her collection apart even in its early stages, and has attracted the attention of consumers, editors, and buyers alike.
